We're in the middle of a crazy storm... a lasagna that goes like this: ice, snow, ice. Kids and John are home. Johnny is using his logic by sitting inside and watching TV. Eden is out playing in the hail/rain/sleet/snow.
She is ingeniously holding a shovel over her head because hail started falling... bouncing off of the ice crusted snow.
