depressed. i was so edgy i could barely get to sleep last night... john thumb-wrestled with me and then played with my hair till i could start taking deeper breaths and stop fidgeting. i was very grateful for that as i didn't know what i was going to do to calm down. wine didn't help and i felt like i wanted to scream and throw things.
spent a good part of this morning in tears. life sucks.
